Our program connects aspiring filmmakers from all backgrounds with filmmaking pros—providing a much-needed resource for those looking to break into this notoriously competitive industry.
Apply online to join our filmmaker mentorship program. Tell us a bit about yourself and we’ll carefully pair you with a mentor or mentee based on your current skill level, interests, and desired area of focus (directing, cinematography, production, etc.).
As a local to Salt Lake, the Wasatch Mountain Film tour is THE festival that celebrates all things local and outdoors. Supported by dozens of local companies and creatives, they are carving their space in the outdoor festival world.
This was such an amazing film festival to be a part of. The staff were quick in and clear in their communications and they brought a lot of energy which was amazing. It was a true honor to be a grouped with so many amazing films this year and I will look forward to this festival each year.
As a filmmaker, this festival is awesome. The team is quite helpful getting films all organized, watched, etc. etc. They have built a really cool audience over the years that is super fun to engage with and recently did a film maker meet and greet. It was neat feeling like I was part of a community making something happen rather than just a guy who submitted a film.
